Okay, okay. I must confess. I like to smell the wet, clean clothes as I take them out of the washing machine. Especially the wet bath towels. It's just a quirk of mine. Weird, I know. I just really like that clean smell. Sadly, it is sometimes a highlight in my day. So, do you have any quirks that you care to confess?

I kind of share that quirkiness with you except I like to smell the clothes coming out of the dryer. If I hang dry them, I smell them while putting them in the closet. Mmmmm. Of course I'm a fabric softener queen. I love that stuff!
And just for you...I'll smell the towels I'm about to take out of the washer right now.
Nothing better than pulling a big boogie out of your kid's nose. Now that is satisfaction.
Lol....Tannis.....you rock!
Lori, I have to agree with you about that quirk....it is very satisfying to get that boogie out of my kid's nose. I've even pulled a few out of your baby's noses......
When there is a smug on one of the boys face I put spit on my sleve or thumb and wipe it off. My Mother use to do it to me and I hated it and now my boys share in the tradition. LOL!
Haha...that's hilarious Christy!
OCD confession... straight lines and order. I can't stand it when things are cock-eyed. For example, the chairs at church. If they are not aligned properly it can put me in sinful distraction for the entirety of the service. The same with pictures on walls. I've been known to straighten other people's pictures. When hubs and I were in premarital counseling in the pastor's home I stood up in the middle of the session and rearranged their encyclopedias because they weren't in alphabetical order and I couldn't concentrate. It's bad.
Courtney.....that is SO funny that you rearranged their encyclopedias!!! And have you noticed that some of the letters on the beams in your church are crooked? The letter 'e' is the worst. I tried fixing it once and talked to 3 different people about it.....but they were still like that last time I was there. Sigh.
Oh, I've fixed a number of them. I'd like to just rip them all down to be quite honest. Spray painted cardboard and sticky tack are not my idea of tasteful decor. I'm making progress though. The booths are gone. That was huge. And I re-did the peach(gag) paint and country blue plastic flowers in the ladies bathroom a couple weeks ago. Baby steps. They only let a bucky non-member do so much, even if she is the pastor's daughter-in-law.
I thought of another one...I wear my shirts in the order they are hung in my closet. When I wash, I put the cleanest in the back. Then I wear from the front. I hate to think about what I'm wearing too often and it's usually just shirts and jeans anyway, so who cares what shirt it is!
Wow, Tannis....just wow. If I did that, then maybe I wouldn't waste 10 minutes standing in front of my closet trying to figure out what to wear......hmmmmm......
I have so many quirks it's ridiculous. I should write an entry about it! ;)
Go for it Mandy.....can't wait to read it!
That boogie thing is disgusting and my husband does that and I want to puke. I tell him to pick his own nose. I can't believe you guys think that is satisfying..YUCK!
Quirks? Wow..I am having trouble thinking of them. I'm sure Sim could tell me a zillion of them. One is that I can't stand sleeping with socks on. I hate it. It bothers me. And not only that, I have to sleep with my feet out of the covers. Oh and I will read an email 3 times before I send it to someone. I have to make sure I dotted every I and crossed every t. I also can't function in the morning without checking my email. I think thats actually called addiction, but I'm not qualified to answer that question.
