Our first big camping trip of this summer was a big success. The kids did great and the weather was beautiful. Here are a few pics of our little adventure.
Teya was in charge of the food. She came up with the menu and did the majority of the cooking. Here she is making hot dogs and beans.

Ethan was in charge of starting the fire and keeping it going. He was also on marshmallow stick duty. Here he is sharpening a stick with a pocketknife.

I wished Simeon liked camping. It's not that I love it, but it is cheaper than paying for a hotel. And the kids would love it! I always did when I was a kid. Anyway, looks like Teya is a great help!

Hey, I recognize that shirt. Did Ethan get it from Iliffs who got it from us? We love camping and plan to go this year like always. It would be fun to go together sometime, huh?
